“Water: Between Life and Death”

Colégio Estadual Serra das Cordilheiras

The drawing alerts us to the importance of environmental conservation, especially water, a vital resource for life on Earth. River pollution is a growing problem that affects not only water quality but also human and animal health. The drawing also criticizes predatory human action that has been destroying the environment. Water pollution is caused by a number of factors, including the discharge of untreated sewage, the excessive use of pesticides and fertilizers, improper waste disposal, and deforestation. It is essential that we all take steps to conserve water. We can start with simple actions, such as conserving water in our daily lives, avoiding the use of harmful chemicals, and separating garbage properly.
